The Grand Knight’s March 2020 Message
Brothers, Until further noticed all meetings including business meetings and planned K of C events are cancelled.
Brothers & Sir Knights -
40 Cans for Lent
Our Council is once again sponsoring a program called 40 Cans for Lent. We are asking each family to donate 40 canned food items, one for each day of Lent. There are containers at each entrance to Incarnation Church for your donation. PGK Mike Murphy is challenging each member of our Council to participate in this program. 40 Cans for Lent is part of our yearlong Food for Families (Faith in Action) campaign. All food collected is donated to the Mount Carmel Guild Food Bank. If you can’t donate 40 Cans, please give whatever you can. No donation is too small. Thank you in advance for your participation.

Ewing K of C Shirts
Brothers as you know wearing Knights of Columbus gear, especially during a recruitment drive, community events, Faith in Action Programs, volunteering, Mass (Social Sundays) etc. can help create awareness of our council. The more our council’s presence is made known, the more prospective members we'll attract.
In that vein, I’ve attached a quote from Trenton Joe and Son here in Ewing for T-Shirts and Polo shirts. Please review and we’ll discuss at the Business Meeting on Tuesday March 17th at 7:30 (ISJ). At that time, I would like to gauge your interest in purchasing Ewing K of C apparel. We’re looking for minimum orders of 12 of each if possible.
Note, Brother Carmen Armenti also obtained a quote from Main Street in Hamilton for T-Shirts and Polo Shirts that were similar in price.
